TransParentSea
For sixty million years the largest brains on Earth have swam and surfed harmoniously within the ocean. Today, industrialized man threatens the future of our oceans, whales and dolphins via commercial fishing, domestic, industrial and acoustic pollution, and direct kills. The Transparent Sea voyage expresses the surfing worlds desire to surf with cetaceans in an ocean that is clean, clear, and protected.

October 4th, 2009 at 9:16 pmHi Guys! We have been tuning in to you each day since we saw you off last week. When we were up at the lighthouse watching you go by after the launch you looked sooooo tiny down there in your kayaks on that great big ocean! The background was perfect…breaching whales welcoming you to their domain!
Another baby whale was snagged and released this week-end as it got caught in the shark nets. Not fair to put those nets in their path. Hopefully there will be enough outcry so that they are no longer used.
Sending love…R andf B
